1. About Hysteria

Hysteria is a Roblox avatar customization tool that lets you wear catalog items and impersonate avatar appearances within the Roblox platform. By accessing or using Hysteria ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Terms

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription at $8.99 per month. Your subscription is billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Discord account to use Hysteria. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use the Service to exploit, cheat, or violate Roblox's Terms of Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Share account credentials or let other users access your subscription
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm other players
• Automate usage in ways not intended by the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding associated with Hysteria are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only. You retain ownership of your Discord account information.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately and any unused subscription time will not be refunded. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@hysteria.rip.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time. Hysteria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hysteria and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any account bans or disciplinary actions from Roblox.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction where Hysteria operates, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
